Today we had our first "real" snow. It was beautiful to wake up to, and even more beautiful when the sun came out this afternoon and made the snow sparkle.I didn't get a picture of it, but I found this one that I really liked.
(Besides, I really, really needed to update this blog. I'm sure you were all getting tired of looking at Max's face - as handsome as it is!)

I wish I had a better attitude about the snow...it is beautiful, but something about digging out of 2 feet of it 5 days post pardom to go to a mandatory doc appointment just turns me off =o)
Now it is our turn for a snowy day. It was supposed to be just rain on Tuesday but it snowed. So glad I didn't have to drive from Portland; bad gridlock (it hit about 3 p.m.)
